  • The plot is within the village boundaries and a local architect has drafted plans for a house which are ready for submission. The plans allow for 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the lower storey. The upper storey provides living and kitchen facilities opening onto a large balcony.  There are panoramic views from the upper floor.
  • The cost of building would depend on size and materials used. An accurate quotation could be provided once these details have been discussed and established – estimated range (110,000 to 140,000 for a finished and fully equipped property).  
  • Building allowance for the plot is 120m2 (60m2 x 2) on 2 levels.  A basement of 60m2 could be added if needed for storage or other purposes making the building 180m2 overall. A larger allowance would be available for tourism and for this purpose there maybe grants available.
  • Access – the plot has access via a small road to parking and then 30m by a narrow village road. Wider vehicle access all the way to the plot is contractually available across the neighbouring plot.
