Location: This property situated on the edge of the village of Doloi in the district of Avias and has outstanding views over the Messinian Gulf, of the stunning countryside and the mountains beyond.  Within a 5km radius there are small shops, tavernas, kafeneos, a school, post office, pharmacy and local council offices. It is 25km from the city of Kalamata, 10 minutes drive from the picturesque harbour of Kitries and 15 minutes from the sandy beach at Santova.

There is also an air coil unit for both air conditioning and under floor cooling and back up cold water storage with pump system.

The garden has been landscaped with walled flower/herb beds and is divided by dry stone walls.  There is a well maintained vegetable plot and 8 olive trees.
