Location: This traditional style Messinian farm house is in an elevated position with outstanding views across the countryside towards Kalamata, the Messinian Gulf and the Taygetos Mountains of the Mani Peninsular. The house is situated within a few minutes walk form the small town of Aristomenis.  The town offers a small supermarket, doctor, pharmacists, bakery, butcher, post office, petrol station/shop kafeneos and tavernas.  There is also a KEP office which is a useful source of information and they speak English. The house is approximately 20 minutes drive to the larger town of Messini, 35 minutes to Kalamata’s International airport and 25 minutes drive to beautiful sandy beach at Velika.

 

The House: This charming house (260 sq. m.) is 17 year old and has been thoughtfully renovated. It has double glazed windows with fly screens and shutters, security grills on all unshuttered windows. Oil fired central heating and tiled floors throughout. The house also benefits from an alarm system.
